BACOG is very happy to announce that the Village of Deer Park has recently re-joined BACOG and is once again a member of the organization. The Village of Deer Park was one of the founding members of BACOG in April 1970. The organization was formed to collaboratively respond to developmental and environmental pressures affecting communities in the greater Barrington area. BACOG is a voluntary association of elected officials that currently represents seven villages and two townships. BACOG’s current members are: the Villages of Barrington, Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Lake Barrington, North Barrington, South Barrington and Tower Lakes as well as the Townships of Barrington and Cuba.
BACOG welcomed Trustee Greg Rusteberg to the May 22nd Executive Board meeting where he signed the intergovernmental agreement along with the Executive Board Chairman, David Parro, President of Tower Lakes. Rusteberg expressed that the Village of Deer Park is “very happy to once again be a member of the BACOG community and looks forward to all of the work we will do together.” Welcome Village of Deer Park to BACOG!
